Big Blue Bubbles was painted strictly for fun. As an avid swimmer I’ve always been intrigued by bubbles. How they’re shaped, their transparency, how they reflect light.
One of my most thrilling swimming stories involve swimming with a pod of dolphins. They knew we were there because they would swim close, jump into the air (show offs) and kept circling around us to prolong the fun (for us and, I’m guessing, for them). Dolphins swim FAST… and while it was impossible to keep up with them, I did get to swim in their exhalation bubbles… I’ll never forget it!
Big Blue Bubbles is painted on a Gallery Cavas, it can be framed if you’d like but was painted to be hung as is. It comes wired and ready to hang.
